Manor Estate’s Sparkling Rosé is a sparkling beauty that brings life to the party, any day of the week, any time of the day. The effervescence that fills a glass of our Sparkling Rosé has the power to transform ordinary moments into celebratory ones. Rosé wine itself is a special pink colour and is possibly the oldest known type of wine in the world. Crafted with a delicate bead of bubbles that dance on the palate and made using a blend of varieties to obtain the right balance of elegance and finesse.
The grapes for Manor Estate’s Sparkling Rosé are softly pressed and undergo a cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks, leading to its delightful fruity flavours of citrus and peach with subtle floral notes.
During the production process, the grape skin is kept in contact with the juice for 1-3 days, which is what gives it this distinct colour and luscious feel in the mouth.
Tasting Note:
Pale salmon pink in colour with floral aromas of rose petals, citrus and peach. In the mouth the wine is easy going and fun with a medium level of sweetness to balance the delicious fruity flavours.
