Our Sparkling Brut is comparable to French Champagne in quality, flavour and finish. The wine is fermented in a closed, temperature-controlled system that slows fermentation and allows for improved quality. This, combined with Charmat carbonation, produces lasting sparkle throughout the wine itself.
