At Manor Estate Wines we strive to produce wines suited to the more discerning of wine consumers. We believe our aged wines truly showcase our unique fruit selection, secret fermentation yeasts, barrelling and natural wine making processes to produce characteristically smooth and full-bodied wines.
Owner Peter Cap’s vision to establish unique and unparalleled wine came to fruition in 2002, blossoming over years to showcase some of the best wines the Region has to offer. With a focus on full-bodied characteristic reds, crisp whites and vibrant sparkling wines, Manor Estate Wines has grown from a local family business to an internationally exported multi-award winner.

Producing great wine starts with the relationship we have with our growers, many of whom have been sourcing grapes from prime regions over many years. Our growers for White Wine and Sparkling Brut are predominantly located in the Adelaide Hills where conditions are cooler, producing high-quality fruit for white wine production.
By utilising specific French yeast combined with enhanced cooling during fermentation, we Manor Estate produces crisp, clear unwooded delicate wines. Our French oak barrels produce the unique style and wine flavours we aim for and help develop the richness and natural fullness of naturally aged wine.
