Manor Estate prides itself with having a unique world class Sparkling Shiraz produced from the finest McLaren Vale Shiraz grapes with particular focus on market ripeness and the selection of fruit that are not from overcrowded vine plots allows us to incorporate some of our most sort after desired characteristics. The bottling process uses a highly technical specifically designed duel carbonation process creating the lasting bubbles and foaming moose that are a signature of our Sparkling Shiraz. The process involves a complicated and controlled wine making process to blend sweetness with the wine tannins and support bubble retention in a 100% Shiraz base.
